Motherbound is a therapeutic support collective created for the multifaceted journey of motherhood.

We exist to nurture connection, community, and healing among new mothers, partners, and caregivers through guided group therapy rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and shared experience.

Motherbound serves women across the spectrum of motherhood— new mothers in the postpartum period, partners and caregivers navigating generational shifts and care roles.

We support those experiencing the emotional, physical, and psychological transitions that come with becoming, being, or supporting a mother. This includes women navigating birth recovery, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, identity shifts, and the often-invisible labor of caregiving.

Our inclusive community is open to anyone who identifies with the maternal experience and seeks connection, reflection, and support in a compassionate, therapist-led space.
